Hull Trains ‘Heads Up, Phone Down’ Awareness Campaign

For Hull Trains, a very real issue they face is the incidents that may occur when people are distracted by their phone and unaware of their surroundings in train stations. To provoke a reaction, we wanted a video that appeared as real and as hard-hitting as possible. For this reason, we chose to shoot directly on an iPhone from the perspective of a FaceTime call, thus putting the active viewer at the heart of the content.  using enhanced post-production techniques to create the hyperreal content. The ‘Heads Up, Phones Down’ campaign was launched on all of Hull Trains’ social media channels, raising awareness on the issue.
