When she’s not navigating through the outdoors on a hike, Tracey spends her time navigating her way around search engines, optimising client websites to improve website rankings and performance. With more than 15 years’ experience, Tracey will ensure your website’s content is relevant and easily found by your prospects.

Our trusted Managing Director, Nicola combines a wealth of experience with the personality needed to build lasting client relationships. If Nicola had to summarise her personality in an item of clothing, it would be a stiletto. Sharp, stylish and accurate. But that doesn't stop her climbing into a truck every now and then, all in the name of delivering best-in-class intelligent marketing for our clients.

Christine juggles a hybrid role across production, studio management and studio traffic management to help maximise efficiency at CWA. A detail and process lover, her role is vital in delivering seamless solutions for clients. Christine has always loved to dance and has a particular passion for Latin and ballroom.

As Account Director and Producer, Katy is an expert time-juggler, making sure she never drops the ball when it comes to overseeing client projects. Her love of photography means she has an eye for a good shot, the perfect skill for bringing ideas to life and creating memorable brand moments for our clients.

Happiest with a pencil in hand, Claire has a passion for life drawing and is always bringing that passion to the workplace. It’s all about accuracy for Claire, who is constantly developing her skills - with a sharp eye for detail, she thrives on the challenge of a demanding deadline to help meet client expectations.

Like all great Office Managers, Leigh is crucial in enabling us to operate more efficiently. He is always on hand to keep things ticking over at CWA HQ and always on high alert to anticipate the needs of colleagues so that they can support clients more effectively. He is also responsible for keeping the company biscuit jar topped up – it’s a wonder he ever finds the time to indulge in his hobby of getting lost in a book.

Nick has been in the industry since leaving school and is an expert at applying strict corporate guidelines – but that doesn’t mean he’s not creative. He's a keen fan of old Volkswagens and live music, often heard muttering 'I've seen these live', to various bands on the radio.

It’s Carl’s passion to align our skills and expertise with the needs of potential clients. A true people-person and networker, Carl is often found immersing himself in industry events and activities, getting to know customers and spotting opportunities to partner and support businesses to achieve great things together through marketing.

For more than 20 years, Emma has been delivering impactful B2B marketing communications for clients across the world, including design, print, digital, video and exhibitions. A trusted multi-tasker, her project management expertise proves vital at CWA to help deliver results even when challenges arise. She's also a keen fitness fanatic, vintage shopper and jetsetter.

A keen illustrator and record digger, Martin is our Creative Director which means he oversees our design team and is responsible for maintaining the creativity within CWA. In his own words, he has never worked anywhere like CWA - which he says is down to working hard and laughing harder, applying in-house expertise and creativity to meet client demands. He just wishes he could influence people's music taste more.

As Finance & HR Director, Zoe brings a sharp eye and attention to detail over everything we do, whether that’s numbers and contracts, or processes and policies to make sure we are working in the most effective way with clients. Outside of work, Zoe is an animal lover - she adores her King Charles Cavaliers and getting outside in nature amongst birds, butterflies and other species.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Stef gets his hands dirty with everything digital at CWA. He has a passion for code, new technologies and problem solving – demonstrating the skills every client needs from a Head of Digital Development. Outside of work, Stef is an avid miniature wargamer and sports fan.

As well as being a lifelong Everton supporter and all-round football fanatic, Dave is the calm head overseeing the CWA media and communications department. Whether it’s winning awards, or building long-lasting relationships with journalists, Dave has the knowledge and expertise to increase the visibility and strength of your brand.

A video expert who loves the challenge of taking an idea from script to screen, there’s nothing Dave doesn’t know about producing video content to support best-in-class marketing strategies for our clients. When he’s not bringing ideas to life on screen, Dave is a keen and passionate golfer who loves nothing more than smashing a clean drive down the fairway.

A vital member of our development team, Brad has spent over five years working in a digital environment across a variety industry sectors to deliver bespoke and off-the-shelf solutions that solve challenges and open doors for clients. Outside of work he can usually be found watching football, or at the local pub.

Whether it’s DJ’ing or skateboarding, Sam is always turning his hand to new things, and this enthusiasm shines through in his role at CWA. As part of the team that looks after one of the agency’s biggest global clients, Sam immerses himself in the wide variety of cultures, needs and requirements that such an account demands.

As Media and Communications executive, Mariam’s role requires a high degree of agility, from cooking up killer press releases to crafting the perfect recipe for a social media campaign. Writing and media relations are her loves – a great combination for building the profile of our clients in the media.

Queen of logistics on our live events, Debbie has been supporting clients at CWA for more than 20 years. Not only has she built an enviable bank of knowledge and event expertise in that time, but she has regularly faced the difficult task of visiting hotels, dining in restaurants and appraising venues across the world to make sure they are perfect for each campaign. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

Event operator Simon ensures each event runs like a well-oiled machine, providing vital onsite support to add value for clients and help achieve all event objectives. For food-lover Simon, every event should be prepared to perfection – just like the food he serves at his Texan-style pop-up BBQ kitchen.

Few individuals can rightly lay claim to have seen over 48,000 projects through a company, been involved in more than 12,000 as Production Manager and 6,000 as an Account Director (so far). Carl can, and he’s learnt a lot along the way. He joined the business back in 1986 and heads up the team looking after our biggest global client. He's also a self-confessed doughnut lover.

Whatever the problem or task might be, Sofia's 'can-do' approach to all situations makes her the go-to person for all our admin needs. There is nothing she enjoys more than solving a problem, fixing an issue, and finding a solution. She even enjoys making sure we always remain healthy and safe. We also think she has the coolest hair at CWA.

Gladys is responsible for uncovering the strongest insights and shaping our strategic output, collaborating with colleagues across the agency in the creation and implementation of bold ideas that deliver client success. With over 25 years’ brand and marketing experience, she also contributes to the strategic direction of the business. Trained as a fine artist, Gladys is obsessive about all things creative.

Mark has built up a wealth of experience over 20 years developing web and digital solutions for clients. He is a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, and offers a safe pair of hands without the technical jargon. Elsewhere, he can often be found trying out obscure food, going to gigs or at the cinema.
