Understanding the client
Porsche is a legendary marque specialising in high-performance luxury sports cars, SUVs, and sedans.
Porsche Japan was at a transformational moment in its company’s history, and the brand required event support to help them make its mark in Tokyo, Japan’s thriving capital.
We worked closely with Porsche Japan holding a series of meetings to fully understand their needs, set out objectives, identify challenges, and plan the event journey.
Our team created an event theme, all event content, and on-site management for the project, all around the event tagline, “electrified”. The event was held within a convenient customer centre in Tokyo. It included the main presentation, and a series of five educational workshop breakouts, enabling dealers to learn about the car’s unique features and additional upgrades that could add enhanced value to the customers, including an innovative Porsche network that offers car sharing.
