Full-service marketing agency CWA, which has been successfully operating for more than 60 years, has acquired a leading brand which specialises in marketing services for recruiters and talent teams. 

RedKnows works with a range of well-known UK and European brands, helping them to reduce the cost of hiring, improve retention and find the right candidates for their culture. The consultancy is widely respected for its industry-leading work on Employee Value Propositions. 

The news is an exciting development for CWA, an agency that’s renowned for working with some of the world’s biggest brands including Volvo Group, Renault Trucks and FirstGroup. It also follows a particularly successful period for the agency, which recently won a raft of Gold and Silver awards at the national Corporate Content Awards, in addition to ‘Best Media Relations Campaign’ at the CIPR Midlands Awards. 

CWA’s purchase of the RedKnows brand presents a range of opportunities for both RedKnows and CWA which is a full-service agency with a team of experts who deliver brand, content, digital, video, marketing, websites and experiential campaigns. The agency’s ability to deliver impressive creative strategy, grow and lead in a constantly evolving landscape is what’s kept it relevant and thriving for more than six decades.
