Award winning full-service marketing agency CWA has added to its impressive portfolio of clients by securing a key PR contract with Arriva UK Bus.
Under the new agreement, CWA’s experienced team will provide vital strategic out-of-hours communications support for Arriva bus services across the country.
As a major bus operator with a wide range of early-morning and late-night services, Arriva requires reliable communications support beyond the usual office hours. This contract will ensure those needs are met by CWA’s award-winning team of PR professionals.
In addition, CWA is supporting with other ad hoc PR activity such as key vehicle launch events and in-hours PR management during internal team annual leave.
The Leicestershire-based agency has been operating for more than 60 years. Their expert team, which includes industry experts with decades of experience and former national journalists, already provides integrated PR and communications services to an international client base.
Arriva operates a fleet of around 4,000 buses and delivers scheduled local, regional and urban services. The firm’s commitment to sustainable transport includes the introduction of zero-emission electric and hydrogen buses.
CWA is widely known for its impressive range of key transport clients, including leading open access rail operators Lumo and Hull Trains, Volvo Group and Renault Trucks.
