“In the spotlight” continues with our very own Managing Director, Nicola Adams.
Meet Nicola, our MD who took the reins of CWA 13 years ago, steering the agency through some challenging times including COVID. She ensures that the agency keeps evolving to meet the constantly adapting needs of our clients.
Nicola’s journey with CWA started almost 18 years ago as an Account Director. Full of ambition and determination, she set her sights firmly on the top job and she became Managing Director in December 2013. One of the core principles that Nicola promotes is that she is another custodian of the institution, driving the business forward for future generations.
Nicola can often be spotted at some of CWA’s big international events too, lending her expertise to oversee our brand events, exhibitions and launches. This is when our clients often need us the most and they know Nicola and the team will deliver for them everytime. From name badges, transfers, gala dinners and accommodation, Nicola ensures CWA cover it all.
CWA has also seen some landscape shifts during the last 18 months too. We have pivoted our proposition, approach and client offering. Nicola believes business owners should always be ready to flex and look ahead. A good example of one of the key points of discussion has been the topic of hyper-personalisation - using data to deliver content, experiences and individualised offerings.
