For us, it all starts with a spark. And that spark is our people. With over 50 years of experience, our full-service team has helped to create a host of global, innovative communications campaigns. We’re a mixed bunch of results-driven, creative, practical and skilled people who all have something different to offer and never stop asking questions.
A spark of curiosity, relentlessly inquisitive minds always thinking; “what if?” At CWA, we believe that when you create that spark, exceptional creativity is born.
Passion, enthusiasm and a genuine love of the work we do, working in an environment of positive energy where ideas can take hold and grow.
To speak up and share ideas, to take initiative, to be courageous and try something different. We have the courage to be honest when it’s difficult; the courage to take feedback and adapt.
Keeping clients happy is our number one priority. We listen and own our actions to ensure that we see things through to make it all happen.
If Nicola had to summarise her personality in an item of clothing, it would be a stiletto. Sharp, stylish and accurate. But that doesn't stop her climbing into a truck every now and then, all in the call of duty.
Affectionately known as 'Sooty' in the agency, Carl is one of the longest serving members of CWA. A lover of anything spicy, he regularly challenges colleagues to try his latest chilli-infused delicacies. He is, however, less likely to share his doughnuts.
Zoe pairs her sharp eye for detail with a friendly personality. This enables her to keep in mind the financial big picture for CWA. She is also an animal lover, especially her King Charles Cavaliers, and dreams of adding a couple donkeys, goats and alpacas to the Wyles family (just don't tell her husband)!
Patrick is a veteran of CWA, producing events, advertising campaigns and a multitude of other projects for clients over the years. At the weekend, he can be found playing for his beloved Nuneaton Hockey Club.
Keen illustrator and record digger, Martin plays host within the design team, ensuring everyone's 'creative cocktails' are always topped up. Martin's never worked anywhere like CWA, which he says is down to working hard and laughing harder. He just wishes he could influence people's music taste more!
Oliver loves delivering wins for our clients; for the past seven years, he has worked on projects in every corner of the world. He also spends a lot of his spare time travelling and enjoys writing leadership blogs. These come in handy for his most important role: the captain of CWA's 5-a-side team.
Video Content Director
Some people say Tim was destined to be a star (his Mum), but in fact he prefers to create 'out of this world' work for our clients. Described as a cross between Tom Cruise and Ronnie Corbett, Tim is passionate about innovations that can enhance our video offering.
Emma likes to run her accounts like she trains at boot-camp fitness: with lots of energy and military precision. When not jumping through hoops, or being shouted at by military trainers, she enjoys the odd glass of gin and tonic (or three).
Senior Account Manager
Myles juggles two careers. First and foremost, that of a Senior Account Manager and Event Producer, and secondly as a world-renowned entertainer. His best-known works of Mack the Knife and Rock the PJ, have led to him being described by many as 'the voice of a generation'.
Moja works on many of CWA's overseas projects, utilising her fluency in Mandarin to many of our eastern accounts. Moja also writes a column for a major Taiwanese magazine and runs a blog giving insight in to the difference between European and Asian culture.
Events Logistics and Project Manager
With 10 years' events experience across the pharmaceutical and luxury automotive industries, Naomi's job allows her to feed her love for travel, as she is also fluent in Spanish and Italian. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit with dance and yoga.
Queen of logistics on our live events, 20 years of service at CWA has seen Debbie regularly faced with the difficult task of visiting hotels, dining in restaurants and appraising venues across the world. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.
Joe works with a number of different CWA clients and helps them deliver successful campaigns. Outside of the agency, his beloved Arsenal sometimes let him down with the success part.
Simon ensures each event runs like a well-oiled machine, providing vital onsite support on the big day. He treats events like he treats the food he serves at his Texan style pop-up BBQ kitchen, painstakingly prepared to perfection!
Pete has been creating events for over 30 years and what he doesn't know about putting an event together isn't worth knowing. PJ is also a lifelong, die-hard Leicester City fan who has a collection of memorabilia to match.
Digital Content Producer
Lindsey has over 10 years of experience in the media industry, producing TV shows for ITV, Channel 4 and the BBC. She loves the challenge of creating new ideas and engaging content for our clients. Outside of work, she likes to spend her time in the gym or away on holiday.
Social Media Manager
Adam is our social media expert with notable experience in the healthcare, automotive and television industry. As well as being really social (behind a computer), he's also a cinephile who writes about movies and chats to Hollywood stars around the world. Casual.
Digital Content Executive
Bucket hat collector, magazine connoisseur and avid concertgoer, Dominic has a curiosity for all things creative and an eye for branding and communications. He also enjoys playing snooker and 5-a-side football, but is not especially good at either.
Debbie has over 30 years' experience in business support and administration, with a keen eye for detail and is very much a team player. Outside of work she has a passion for sailing and skiing, and enjoys the Greek islands.
A Leicester girl born and bred, Tracey is responsible for the smooth running of CWA. Everything from organising foreign currency to processing invoices, Tracey ensures CWA stays operational. Away from work she has a large, loving family that keep her busy.
Jackie, or 'The Duchess', is one of the first faces you'll see if you visit CWA. Her big smile and warm personality make her a favourite amongst the team and clients alike. In her spare time, Jackie is a globetrotter and loves to visit new places.
Teresa runs a tight-ship overseeing the design studio and co-ordinating print projects for clients. When not in the office, she likes to spend time visiting and taking photos of exotic corners of the world.
Rob is a huge movie fan. He particularly enjoys anything starring Michael Caine. Just don't ask him to do an impression. His wealth of design experience has given him a flair and skill invaluable to the agency.
Karen bikes into work every day, and keeps her face red with her self-confessed love of poor jokes. When she's not designing with millimetre precision, Karen has a love for food and enjoys planning her next trip abroad.
Dave is the longest serving member of CWA. Over the years, he has seen fashions change, but one thing has remained the same: his eye for detail and creativity.
Chris combines a passion for design with a sharp eye for detail. He's also a music obsessive, keen runner and long-suffering Coventry City supporter. Just watch out for his unnaturally bendy thumbs.
Nick has been in the industry since leaving school and is an expert at applying strict corporate guidelines. He's a keen fan of old Volkswagens and live music, often heard muttering 'I've seen these live', to various bands on the radio.
Head of Digital Development
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Stef gets his hands dirty with everything digital at CWA. He has a passion for code, new technologies and problem solving. Outside of work, Stef is an avid miniature wargamer and sports fan.
E-mail Process Developer
At CWA, Seth works to create rich and interactive experiences and tools for our clients, with a primary focus on e-mail marketing. Developer by day and wannabe rock star by night, Seth spends much of his free time playing, performing and producing music. Say hi if you spot him busking in Leicester on the weekends!
