    A keen illustrator and record digger, Martin is our Creative Director which means he oversees our design team and is responsible for maintaining the creativity within CWA. In his own words, he has never worked anywhere like CWA - which he says is down to working hard and laughing harder, applying in-house expertise and creativity to meet client demands. He just wishes he could influence people's music taste more.

Outside of work, Stef is an avid miniature wargamer and sports fan.

Outside of work, Zoe is an animal lover - she adores her King Charles Cavaliers and getting outside in nature amongst birds, butterflies and other species.

    Queen of logistics on our live events, Debbie has been supporting clients at CWA for more than 20 years. Not only has she built an enviable bank of knowledge and event expertise in that time, but she has regularly faced the difficult task of visiting hotels, dining in restaurants and appraising venues across the world to make sure they are perfect for each campaign. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

He is also responsible for keeping the company biscuit jar topped up – it’s a wonder he ever finds the time to indulge in his hobby of getting lost in a book.

Carl can, and he’s learnt a lot along the way. He joined the business back in 1986 and heads up the team looking after our biggest global client. He's also a self-confessed doughnut lover.
