Our COVID-19 Health and Safety Commitment

In line with our commitment to keeping customers, staff and suppliers safe at work, CWA has strengthened its company-wide health and safety policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Measures we have put in place includes (but isn’t limited to) enhanced cleaning operations at our offices, hand sanitiser stations, one-way systems, social distancing measures, changes to office delivery processes and handling of parcels.

Our health and safety commitment extends to travelling. CWA will be limiting travel in the UK and abroad and this will be continually reviewed in line with government advice. Risk assessments will be carried out for every travel request.

The health and wellbeing of our people, our customers and suppliers remains a top priority so we can continue supporting our customers to the highest standards.
