Meet the teamInventive, energetic and diligent. We are a marketing agency who go beyond the obvious solution to create unique marketing for you, wherever you are in the world. It may sound simple. But it works. And here we are…
If Nicola had to summarise her personality in an item of clothing, it would be a stiletto. Sharp, stylish and accurate. But that doesn’t stop her climbing inside a truck every now and then, all in the call of duty.
Teresa runs a tight-ship overseeing the design studio and co-ordinating print projects for clients. When not in the office, she likes to spend time visiting exotic corners of the world.
Queen of logistics on CWA’s live events, Debbie is often faced with the difficult task of visiting hotels, dining in restaurants and appraising venues across the world. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.
Our Ciara keeps CWA’s front of house in ship-shape, from welcoming clients to co-ordinating communications within the agency.
Jackie, or “The Duchess”, is one of the first faces you’ll see if you visit CWA. Her big smile and warm personality make her a favourite amongst the team and clients alike.
Myles is another of CWA’s account team to rack up a decent amount of air miles. Away from work he likes to unwind with a relaxing game of rugby (hence the nose).
Self-confessed lover of poor jokes, Karen balances her embarrassment by keeping the studio full from her baking. When she’s not designing with millimetre precision, Karen enjoys planning her next adventure abroad.
John W Henderson
John brings over 40 years involvement with the UK road transport industry to CWA’s automotive projects. A qualified truck mechanic, driver and former commercial vehicle journalist, John allegedly has diesel in his veins. Away from the office, John combines his interests in hillwalking and history, hiking the Roman roads in Scotland and the North of England.
Senior Account Manager
Emma likes to run her accounts like she trains at boot-camp fitness: with lots of energy and military precision. When not jumping through hoops, or being shouted at by military trainers, she enjoys the odd glass of white wine (or three).
A Leicester girl born and bred, Tracey is responsible for the smooth running of CWA. Everything from organising foreign currency to processing invoices, Tracey ensures CWA stays operational. Away from work she has a large, loving family that keep her busy.
Never seen without his trusty tape-measure, “Fat Max”, Pete is an integral part of CWA’s event team. He’s created events for CWA for over 20 years and what he doesn’t know about putting an event together isn’t worth knowing.
Video Content Director
Some people say Tim was destined to be a star (His Mum), but in fact he prefers to create “out of this world” work for our clients. Described as a cross between Tom Cruise and Ronnie Corbett, Tim AKA ‘Mr Video’ is passionate about innovation and loves exploring new channels and technologies to enhance our video offering.
Oliver was born to produce events. His friendly manner and attention to detail has enabled him to put on events from America to China. He’s also a DJ and a keen Liverpool fan (shame about that last part).
In his youth you could find Martin tagging the walls of his local neighbourhood. Now he’s retired the spray-cans and is responsible for CWA’s creative output.
Technical Production Manager
Pat’s technical production skills are second-to-none. He’s produced events all over the world with precision and professionalism. He’s a keen cricket-coach in his spare time and supports Aston Villa.
Rob is a huge movie fan. He particularly enjoys anything starring Michael Caine. Just don’t ask him to do an impression.
Dave is the longest serving member of CWA. Over the years he has seen fashions change, but one thing has remained the same: his eye for detail and creativity.
Chris combines a passion for design with a sharp eye for detail. He’s also a music obsessive, keen runner, and long-suffering Coventry City supporter. Just watch out for his unnaturally bendy thumbs.
Senior Account Manager
Moja works on many of CWA’s overseas projects, with a strong focus on our business and clients in China. Moja’s also a very keen writer, and runs a blog where she gives an insight into the differences between European and Asian culture, as well as lessons and experiences of raising children.
Senior Account Manager
Kyriakos brings his sharp eye for detail and good marketing experience to some of our UK accounts. He is also CWA’s first ever Greek employee, and has already been handing round the Ouzo!
Affectionately known as “Sooty” in the agency, Carl is one of the longest serving members of CWA. A lover of anything spicy, he regularly challenges colleagues to trying his latest chilli-infused delicacies.
Patrick is a veteran of CWA, producing events, advertising campaigns and a multitude of other projects for our clients over the years. At the weekend he can be found playing for his beloved Nuneaton Hockey Club.
Head of Digital
Gareth heads-up the digital department at CWA and has built broad knowledge over 16 years in the industry. He specialises in online solutions, user journey design, email marketing, technical implementation and infrastructure. Gareth also drags himself out for a jog when he has the time and has a wicked serve on the Badminton court.
Simon provides vital onsite support at CWA’s live events, developing video content and presentation material, as well as ensuring a smooth-operation on the big day. He’s also a keen squash player.
Zoe combines a sharp-eye for detail with a friendly and approachable personality. This enables her to keep in mind the financial big picture for CWA, as well as overseeing all HR matters. She is also an animal lover and dreams one day of building a donkey sanctuary.
